    <li>Additionally, it allows you to track the duration of time spent standing once you've taken a break.</li>
    <li>The header provides a quick overview of your progress, while the 7-day history helps monitor your weekly achievements.</li>
    <li>Option to limit alarms to your office location, preventing interruptions during lunch or other out-of-office activities.</li>
    <li>Various customizable alarm options, including some that are more insistent. The random mode keeps you on your toes.</li>
